The online store is typically staffed Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. We observe all state holidays. Orders or questions received after normal business hours will be responded to during normal office hours. Orders are shipped in a timely manner, however; items may be shipped from different departments on different days. It may take 4 to 9 days for your order to arrive (depending on location.)
The Maryland Natural Resource magazine is printed on a quarterly basis and may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery.
